If the plants that you ordered are not up to your expectations when they arrive, you may refuse delivery upon receipt. Your order will be refunded. If you are not home when the plants are delivered, you must notify us as soon as possible that you are unhappy with the products. We will document your return request and begin the return process which includes scheduling a pick-up of the plants.



We do not accept returns of any plant material that has been handled and/or planted. Also, the plants must remain the same exact condition as when they were delivered. This includes watering them regularly and preventing any other forms of damage (deer, rabbit, gasoline, wind, etc,).

Additionally, if you hand-selected the material while at our location and then refuse it upon delivery, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Delivery charges are not refundable.
